Urgent appeal of Kongra Star’s coordination

Kongra Star ‘s coordination has launched urgent appeal to all the people in the area and in particular the women to gather in Tel-Tamer city for heading toward Serêkaniyê for helping the civilians and wounded who are besieged inside the city, who are exposing to brutal attacks by Turkish occupation army.
